Shipping rates for remote areas or countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance, and displayed at checkout.

🧾 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We currently cover all customs duties and fees for orders shipped to:
USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

For the rest of the world:

• We strive to minimize customs duties whenever possible.

• However, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• Customs authorities require us to declare the full value of your order on the package.

• We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs fees.

🚚 Delivery Policy

• Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to refund or replace it.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

• Orders not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reissued only if returned to us and will incur a re-shipping fee.

• If you find an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
